12-Month Salary plus year end and project bonus, Medical full coverage + Spouse coverage
Qualifications:
•Degree holder in Surveying(General Practice), Architecture or related disciplines
•Member of RICS/HKIS as a Registered Surveyor in General Practice preferred
•Minimum 12 years’ relevant working experience in developer
•Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with good analytical mind and strong sense in property law
•Experienced in project feasibility studies, land acquisition process, change of use and land exchange in Hong Kong
