Qualifications:

•At least 15 years in maintenance or building services and at least 5 years in managerial position

•Degree holding in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering

•Practical knowledge in project management, infrastructure/system design, operation and maintenance

•Professional qualification is preferred

•Experience from Hotel, aviation, Institution and Large Scale Commercial sector
