HK/ Kowloon areas (8 new projects)
13-Month Salary plus year end and project bonus, Medical full coverage + Spouse coverage
Qualifications:
• Higher diploma or Degree in Building Studies, Structural or Engineering related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in project management for new building project
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager
• Strong technical knowledge for project design and product development
• Good commercial and contractual acumen
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
