HK/ Kowloon areas
12-Month Salary plus year-end bonus and project bonus
Qualifications:
• Assessment of project delivery success from an operational and customer perspective
• Higher diploma or degree in Building Surveying, Project Management, Construction Management or relevant discipline
• Member of Professional Association is preferable
• At least 6 years of relevant experience from Retail, Fit-Out, A&A, Residential, Workplace project is preferable.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager
• Require good competency in communication and planning experiences
